About the Opportunity:
We are seeking the industry’s best Sommeliers to join our team on a casual basis and deliver a best-in-class wine experience. This is a hands-on role focused on exceptional service, suited to those with an unwavering passion and appreciation for wine.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside - and be mentored by - some of the industry’s most respected professionals, including Loic Avril and Yuki Hirose.

• Experience as Sommelier / Wine Waitstaff in a fine dining and/or high volume restaurant
• Basic knowledge in local, national and international wine
• Passion for wine and the industry
• Exceptional service skills
• Excellent communication and organisation
• Outgoing personality and genuine interest in the day to day operations
• Adaptable, flexible and able to work in a high pressure environment
• Possess a valid Certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol
• WSET or CMS qualification or equivalent advantageous
• Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
• Must have full Australian work rights
