They have built an outstanding reputation through their consistent successful and ethical delivery on projects and high level of detail. They deal with many repeat clients and stakeholders in the Perth market due to their collaborative and personable approach to delivering projects.
This firm are an amazing business with a great team culture. They are in high demand and have an impressive pipeline. This role will suit a Contract Administrator or Junior Project Manager who is looking for ongoing development.

Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in construction management or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in project management on commercial building projects.
- Ideally main contractor side experience but also considering consultancy or subcontractor background.
- Excellent time management.
- Contract administration or site based experience is highly desirable.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve and develop strong relationships.
