The Opportunity
Join a well-established Eastern Suburbs real estate team known for its fantastic culture, supportive environment and strong track record of promoting from within. Whether you're newly licensed and looking for your first opportunity or an experienced Leasing Consultant ready for a fresh start, this could be the perfect role for you. About the Role
You'll work alongside the Property Management team, helping keep the leasing process running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting open homes and property inspections
- Processing rental applications
- Responding to tenant enquiries and following up prospective renters
- Completing tenant reference checks
- Assisting with routine inspections
- Supporting Property Managers with day-to-day tasks
- Helping deliver a smooth experience for landlords and tenants
About You
We're open to both junior candidates and experienced Leasing Consultants.
You'll ideally have:
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration
- Your own car and a valid driver's licence
- A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Good organisation and attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
Previous leasing experience is welcome but not essential. We're more interested in finding someone reliable, enthusiastic and keen to build a career in real estate.
