About the Company
Our client is an established and highly regarded WA property developer with a strong track record of delivering quality projects across Perth. With a significant pipeline and multiple residential land projects currently progressing, they are looking to add a Junior Development Manager to their experienced development team.

The Opportunity
This is an excellent next step for someone who has established their foundations in property development and is ready for greater project responsibility.

Working across multiple residential projects, you'll gain exposure to different stages of the development lifecycle while working closely with experienced senior development professionals.

Your involvement will include:

  • Coordinating consultants, contractors and key project stakeholders
  • Supporting planning, approvals and civil delivery
  • Assisting with project feasibilities, budgets and reporting
  • Monitoring programmes, milestones and project risks
  • Building greater autonomy and ownership as your capability develops

About You

  • You'll ideally have 2–4 years' experience in property development, with residential land or subdivision exposure highly regarded.
  • You may currently be an Assistant Development Manager, Project Coordinator or similar and feel ready to step into a role offering greater responsibility and broader project exposure.
  • You'll be commercially minded, organised and confident engaging with consultants and stakeholders, with a genuine interest in building a long-term career in development.

This will particularly suit someone looking to make the step towards Development Manager level within an established developer where the project pipeline can genuinely support their progression.
Alternatively, please send your CV and covering letter to Kristen@longreachrecruitment.com.au, or contact Kristen McKeand on 0410 990 306 or Simon Browne on 0409 086 415 for a confidential discussion.
