The Opportunity
Due to growth they are seeking a talented junior banking & finance lawyer.
This is not a role where you will be stuck in a back room reviewing documents. You will work directly alongside senior practitioners and partners and gain 'hands on' experience and mentoring.

Key Responsibilities
Working across a sophisticated portfolio of banking & finance transactions. You will:

• Draft, review, and negotiate complex loan facility structures and security documentation.
• Assist in managing transactional files from inception through to financial close.
• Provide regulatory compliance advice across consumer and corporate lending frameworks.
• Conduct legal due diligence and prepare comprehensive advice for bank and non-bank lenders.
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with institutional clients and private credit providers.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will be a proactive, sharp junior lawyer with:

• 1–2 years PQE with exposure to banking and finance law or mid-market commercial property transactions.
• Our client may consider newly admitted lawyers with strong paralegal experience in banking & finance law.
• Excellent drafting skills and razor-sharp attention to detail.
• A commercial mindset—you understand that law is an enabler of business.
• A collaborative attitude and the desire to work in a high-energy team environment.
