Junior AR/AP Officer

The Role

This role supports a stable finance team. Your duties will include:

• Debtor reconciliations and reporting

• Sending customer statements and responding to customer queries

• Working with customers to ensure timely payment

• Intercompany reconciliations across global entities

• Lodging purchase invoices and assisting with COGS-related processes

• Bank reconciliations and the opportunity to take on more month-end tasks as you grow into the role.

Your Background

• Excellent communication skills are non-negotiable for this role.  You must have fluent English – written & verbal.  You will be dealing with customers all over the world, responding to finance queries.

• Ideally 6-12 months' experience in a finance role.  It is an entry-level role, so no more than 2 years.

• OR if you have a fantastic attitude, great communication skills and have a degree in Accounting, we are also happy to consider you for this role.  If you have no accounting experience, you will have at least worked in customer service/admin/hospitality, showing your reliability and great work ethic.
