As a Job Coach based at our Rocklea site, you'll play a vital role in helping people with disability build skills, confidence, and independence in a supported employment environment. Working side-by-side with supported employees in our busy warehouse, packing and production environment, you'll provide hands-on coaching, mentoring and encouragement while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to customer expectations. You'll balance meaningful individual outcomes with commercial outcomes, helping people achieve their goals while contributing to quality services for our commercial customers. This is an active, rewarding casual role offering approximately 20 hours per week, with shifts generally scheduled during daytime, school-friendly hours, depending on operational requirements and the needs of the business. No two days are the same, with opportunities to support production, packing, workplace activities and personal development while making a genuine difference in someone's life.

What You'll Be Doing

• Coach and support Supported Employees to develop workplace skills, confidence and independence.
• Assist with warehouse, pick and pack, production, assembly, packaging and finishing activities.
• Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and to customer quality standards.
• Provide personal care and practical support when required, including assistance with meals, drinks and toileting.
• Complete case notes, maintain records and build positive relationships with employees, customers and stakeholders.

Essential Requirements

• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Blue Card (or ability to obtain).
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport.
• Australian working rights

Bonus points if you have:

· Forklift licence

· Qualifications in Individual Support/ Disability/ Community Service

· Experience in warehousing, production, manufacturing or supported employment environments
