Your new role
As an IT Systems Support Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and optimising the organisations business systems and technology environment. This is not a traditional helpdesk role. Instead, you will sit at the intersection of IT and the business, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure systems run effectively.
Key responsibilities include:

Supporting core platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Power BI Acting as the main point of contact between the business and third-party IT providers Providing hands-on support and troubleshooting where required Managing IT assets, user access, and system documentation Supporting digital transformation initiatives and process improvements Maintaining security, backup, and disaster recovery processes Delivering training and driving system adoption across the business

What you'll need to succeed
Experience supporting business systems within a corporate environmentStrong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including M365, SharePoint, Azure, and TeamsExposure to ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Business Central (highly desirable)Experience working with vendors and managing third-party providersStrong stakeholder engagement and communication skillsAbility to translate technical concepts into business outcomesProactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational skillsUnderstanding of security, governance, and IT best practicesWhat you'll get in return
