Investment Solutions Associate – Institutional Funds Management

Our client is an innovative institutional funds management business specialising in tailored investment solutions for institutional investors. With strong growth and increasing demand for its differentiated offering, the business is expanding its Investment Solutions team and has ambitions to grow its domestic and international investor base.

The role will focus on the design, structuring and delivery of investment solutions, working closely with internal stakeholders, institutional clients, legal advisers and banking counterparties. Responsibilities will include developing investment structures, reviewing complex legal documentation across funds, structured notes, SPVs and derivatives, and supporting the commercial delivery of solutions.

We are interested in candidates with 3+ years’ experience in structured products or a related technical role within investment banking, funds management, insurance or financial services law. Strong technical capability across structured investments and legal documentation is essential, alongside excellent communication skills, commercial acumen and the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. This opportunity will suit someone seeking a broad, hands-on role within an entrepreneurial investment management business.
