Investment Banking Analyst/ Associate, Singapore

• Leading Asian bank
• Regional coverage across ASEAN
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, M&A, capital markets or transaction advisory within an investment bank, advisory firm, boutique or corporate environment. Exposure to, or an interest in, infrastructure, real assets, digital infrastructure, energy, natural resources, or metals and mining is advantageous; candidates with generalist experience are welcome.

 
Responsibilities would include:

• Prepare and present client materials on strategic alternatives, capital markets and corporate finance
• Manage transaction execution from pitch through to closing across debt, equity, M&A, leveraged finance and advisory
• Lead workstreams such as due diligence and document drafting
• Build, review and edit financial models and valuation analysis
• Advise clients on equity and debt market conditions and capital structure

 
Profile of ideal candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• 1-5 years of corporate finance and/or capital markets, M&A experience across banking or corporate
• Strong quantitative skills and proficiency in financial modelling
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, multitasking and time management skills
• Proactive, motivated and able to develop practical solutions to complex transaction and client challenges.
