Join a successful Australian business specialising in custom-engineered products and solutions for mining, manufacturing and industrial customers.
Known for its technical expertise and customer-focused approach, the organisation continues to grow its presence across WA and is now looking for a confident Internal Sales professional to join its custom design sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity to develop strong product and industry knowledge, build relationships with key customers and establish a genuine pathway into Technical Sales.

Your new role

Working within one of their key sales divisions, you will play a key role in supporting customers throughout the sales process, following up on quotations and coordinating enquiries between customers, sites and the wider sales team.
This is a hands-on, customer-focused position where you will be speaking with customers daily, managing follow-ups and ensuring opportunities continue to move through the sales pipeline.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a confident, proactive and organised sales professional who enjoys speaking with customers and keeping multiple enquiries moving at once.
You'll be commercially minded, comfortable picking up the phone and motivated by the opportunity to develop your knowledge and progress into a more technical sales environment.

You will ideally bring:

• Previous experience within Internal Sales, Sales Administration, Telemarketing, Account Coordination or a similar customer-focused sales role
• Experience within manufacturing, engineering, mining, industrial or another technical environment will be highly regarded
• Confidence in speaking with customers over the phone and proactively following up opportunities
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Experience working with a CRM and maintaining accurate customer information
• The ability to manage multiple quotations, enquiries and follow-ups at once
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, motivated approach to sales and customer service
• An interest in developing technical product knowledge
• A genuine desire to build a longer-term career within Technical Sales
