Work From Home Opportunity
Livingstone Shire Council is seeking an Interim Principal Corporate Applications for a 3 month WFH contract opportunity, to start ASAP.
This position supports Council’s direction by being responsible for improving, administering and maintaining Council’s Enterprise Software Applications through providing specialist and professional advice, analysis and support within Council in a professional, efficient and confidential manner ensuring the development of good working relationships with all staff and the public.
What You Will Do
Oversee the design, administration and ongoing support of Council’s key systems to ensure they run effectively.
Monitor performance, manage risks and ensure applications are available, safe and supported by continuity and recovery plans.
Provide guidance to staff, supervise team activities and ensure high-quality service delivery.
Analyse problems, provide expert advice and implement effective solutions for software and systems challenges.
Build relationships with staff, suppliers and users to ensure systems meet business needs and deliver a strong customer experience.

Role Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology and/or extensive in supporting complex business applications within a large enterprise environment.
Experience in a local government environment supporting enterprise applications and business intelligence reporting services.
Experience with designing, implementing and supporting integrations between enterprise applications
Experience with Council’s Business Systems or similar systems:
Technology One
Infor Pathway
Aurion
Microsoft Fabric, BI Reporting and SQL Database
Certification and/or extensive experience with Information Technology Service Management in a large Enterprise complex environment.
