Apply your expertise and experience with a dynamic, scaling, profitable Australian company delivering ERP solutions within a clearly defined market niche.

Led by an executive team that is determined, clear thinking and positive, this mature mid-sized software business has loyal customers and a track record of delivery that has set a firm foundation for new product direction and accelerated growth.

The business is rebuilding their ERP platform into a modern web app from the ground up. Initial scope of this perm role:

  • Design and build the integration layer bridging legacy and new systems
  • Define integration patterns for migration, synchronisation, and coexistence
  • Build shared services (APIs, messaging, document generation, external integrations)
  • Work directly with legacy databases (SQL Server, data sync, ETL patterns)

Your role:

  • Collaborate with the CTO and Engineering Manager on architectural design decisions

The opportunity

You will define how the integration layer is architected, built, and evolved.  You will be the cornerstone of one of the company’s most critical technical initiatives so your decisions and work will have a real impact.

  • Own a critical layer that the product depends on
  • Define how legacy and modern systems coexist and evolve
  • Mature well-funded, growing company
  • Great people and a very positive team
  • Remote, hybrid or Sydney CBD – whatever works for you
