YOUR NEW ROLE

As a key valued lawyer in their winning Restructuring/Insolvency team (15) led by  the practice leader senior partner -a highly esteemed well known (recognised by Doyles as a Leader in insolvency law) , you will relish the challenge+ variety +satisfaction having your own practice+ clients:
1)  advising+ litigating on a full spectrum of issues including technical insolvency/bankruptcy advice, restructuring transactional work and insolvency/bankruptcy related litigation in the Supreme/Federal Courts/tribunals;
2) other general commercial disputes. 

Also additional ‘STRETCH/GROWTH opportunities to:

·       partake in business development/marketing;

·       lead/mentor junior(depending on exp level/competency).

WHO YOU ARE

We are interested in hearing from you if you:

• are admitted as a lawyer in NSW+ have minimum 1 year post-admission or MORE (up to associate level) practising in restructuring/insolvency law (preferably) OR general commercial litigation (with keen interest in insolvency if no prior experience) with reputable law firms;

• have proven ability to highly autonomously manage your own cases+ clients from start to finish;

• have strong technical knowledge+ advocacy skills, are results-focused, proactive, practical with strong time prioritisation skills;
