About the Role:
We are seeking a talented full-time Process Engineer (Industrial) to support engineering, operational and project delivery functions across our business. The role will involve reviewing workflows, analysing operational processes, assisting with project planning, improving labour and equipment efficiency, and supporting the delivery of engineering projects in accordance with technical, quality and safety requirements while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Key Responsibilities:
·Review project requirements, work orders, technical information and operational processes to identify workflow and efficiency improvements.
·Analyse labour utilisation, equipment use, project schedules and operational data to support efficient project delivery.
·Assist with planning and coordinating labour, materials, plant and equipment required for engineering projects.
·Support the development and implementation of work methods, quality procedures and project delivery standards.
·Liaise with engineers, project managers, supervisors and site teams to monitor project progress and resolve operational issues.
·Review drawings, specifications and project documentation to assist with planning, coordination and execution of works.
·Assist with inspections, reporting and performance monitoring to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with project requirements.
·Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering, operational and project management functions.
Key Skills and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in Industrial Engineering
Proven experience of 1 year in industrial engineering, engineering operations, project engineering or a closely related role.
Strong knowledge of Australian engineering standards and construction regulations.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Fluent in English.
