Our client is a leading international company with extensive operations in Australia. A multifaceted business reaching many Australians on a day-to-day basis. There is now an exciting opportunity for a Corporate M&A Lawyer to join the tight-knit in-house team in Melbourne.
 
The Role

Our client is looking for a Lawyer with experience across Corporate M&A matters to join the in-house team in Melbourne to work on local private acquisitions and international private work. Due to increased workflows the team is looking for its newest member to work across M&A, commercial and contracting strategy. The role will be varied and has come about due to increased acquisition activity both locally and internationally – this is an exciting time to join the team!
