Implementation & Service Specialist

Help customers get lasting value from Hilti services and software by turning solutions into smooth, practical experiences. In this field-based role, you will connect customers, sales teams and service specialists to deliver high-quality implementations, user training and ongoing care across diverse construction environments.

What You'll do

• Deliver Hilti tool service and software implementations at customer jobsites, warehouses and other locations, coordinating external partners where required.
• Capture accurate asset data using desktop and smartphone-based customer systems, following agreed tagging processes and quality standards.
• Train key users on desktop and mobile applications, adapting support to customer workflows so teams can use the solution confidently.
• Partner with sales, Back Office, Software and Service Specialists to prepare service requests, schedule onsite activity and support a smooth transition from sale to implementation.
• Complete Care visits, troubleshoot enquiries, collect feedback and identify opportunities for additional training and service adoption.

What You’ll Bring

• Customer-facing, retail or warehousing experience, with commercial awareness to work effectively with stakeholders.
• Strong digital capability, including Microsoft Office, and confidence learning new systems.
• Strong organisation, time management and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise and deliver under pressure.
• Clear communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, adaptable and collaborative approach.
• Willingness to travel within the state and regionally.
• A degree is preferred but not essential.
