Key Responsibilities

• Analyse existing business processes and ICT systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Consult with clients and stakeholders to gather, analyse and document business and system requirements.
• Evaluate ICT systems and recommend technology solutions to address business needs.
• Prepare functional specifications, process maps, workflow diagrams and system documentation.
• Collaborate with developers and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective ICT solutions.
• Assess system functionality, integration requirements and proposed improvements to business applications.
• Participate in system testing, quality assurance and implementation of ICT solutions.
• Review implemented systems and recommend enhancements to improve performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics or a related field.
• Relevant experience as an ICT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of business analysis, ICT systems and software development processes.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, functional specifications and system documentation.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, system testing and business analysis tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Experience with web applications, e-commerce platforms or digital technology solutions will be highly regarded.
