HVAC Service Technicians
- Perform routine service & maintenance on HVAC systems across commercial properties.
- Participate in on-call rosters and prepare detailed service reports.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and follow safety regulations.
$52 – $54 per hour + Super + Vehicle + RDO
APAC FM are looking for an experienced HVAC Technician in Brisbane to grow one of Australia's most reputable multi-disciplinary HVAC companies, known for its strong growth and consistent industry performance.
Experience in Refrigeration or Building Management Systems (BMS) is highly desirable and will be viewed favourably.

Day to Day responsibilities:

Perform routine service & maintenance, upgrades and repairs on a variety of HVAC systems across commercial properties.

Covering breakdowns and quoting for repairs / upgrades.

Electrical fault finding and rectifying

Participate in On Call Rosters

Prepare detailed service reports, ensuring compliance with industry standards

Follow all safety regulations and company policies
What you need to apply:

Obtain Certificate III in Air-conditioning and Refrigeration

Restricted electrical work license
-
QBCC Licence
-
Refrigeration Handling Licence
-
Hold a drivers license
-
Willing to obtain medical and police checks
