Your new role
As an HVAC Service Tech, you'll carry out preventative and reactive maintenance across a range of mechanical plants, including chilled water systems, cooling towers, AHUs, packaged units, split systems and BMS. This is a maintenance-focused role offering exposure to complex infrastructure, ongoing training and the opportunity to broaden your technical skills into specialised mechanical systems.
What you'll need to succeed
- Cert III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Current ARCtick Refrigerant Handling Licence
- Current Driver's Licence
- Strong HVAC maintenance experience across commercial or critical environments
- Experience with chilled water systems, cooling towers, AHUs and BMS
- Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting abilities
- Good computer skills and experience completing maintenance records
- Ability to work effectively within a team and in a compliance-focused environment
