HR Business Partner

I'm currently recruiting for an exciting HR Business Partner opportunity with an established organisation based in Melbourne CBD.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a true generalist role, partnering with leaders and providing practical, commercially focused HR support.

The Role:

• Partner with managers and senior leaders to provide advice and guidance across a broad range of HR matters.
• Manage employee relations matters including performance management, grievances, investigations and workplace issues.
• Provide advice on employment legislation, policies and HR best practices.
• Support workforce planning, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Coach and develop managers to build leadership capability and confidence in managing people matters.
• Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and broader people initiatives.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver practical, solutions-focused HR support.

About You:

• Previous experience in an HR Business Partner or senior HR generalist role.
• Strong employee relations experience and sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Confident advising and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, approachable and comfortable working autonomously.
• Strong communication skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
