About the Opportunities
Depending on your role, you’ll:
- Lead daily venue operations and deliver great guest experiences
- Support, motivate and develop your team
- Maintain high standards of service, presentation and compliance
- Support or oversee financial performance, including sales, labour and stock control
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues professionally
- Work closely with the leadership team to achieve venue goals
What We’re Looking For
- Hospitality leadership experience suited to the position you’re seeking
- Strong communication and team management skills
- A hands-on approach and genuine passion for hospitality
- The ability to stay calm and make sound decisions during busy periods
- Current RSA and relevant qualifications required for the role
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays
