About the Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Store Manager to lead a busy outlet store in Townsville on a permanent, part time basis. You will take ownership of sales performance, team development, visual merchandising and day to day operations. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will have the autonomy to make decisions, drive commercial outcomes and build a high performing team.

Skills and Experience

•  Proven Store Manager experience in a fast paced retail setting
   
•  Strong commercial awareness and KPI management skills
   
•  Ability to drive sales and maintain operational standards
   
•  Excellent team leadership, coaching and delegation skills
   
•  Confident managing store operations independently
