Hays is Australia's leading recruitment agency, working with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries. Due to continued growth and demand, we are currently seeking experienced Health & Lifestyle Coordinators to support FIFO operations across Western Australia.Your new role
Our clients are looking for proactive and passionate HLC's to promote health and wellbeing on-site. In this role, your responsibilities will include:- Delivering and developing health and lifestyle programmes for on-site personnel.
- Promoting positive health, wellbeing and fitness initiatives.- Running group fitness programmes.- Cleaning and maintaining gym facilities and surrounding areas.- Providing a professional, high-quality service to all personnel.What you'll need to succeed
To be successful, you will have previous personal training experience, ideally within a FIFO HLC environment, along with:- Certificate IV in Fitness (Australian recognised)- Current Senior First Aid and CPR (valid within the last 12 months)- National Police Clearance issued within the last three months (or willingness to obtain)- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and ongoing drug and alcohol screening.- Two recent, contactable references from the last 12 months.What you'll get in return
