About The Job
We build websites and CRM systems that actually talk to each other. WordPress, Shopify, HubSpot, Payload, AI solutions — and many and more.
We're hiring one person to own how all of it gets built. We're growing quickly, against the headwinds, so need to solidify our already strong foundations.
It's mandatory you've managed website builds, and CRMs. We don't see this as a software engineer or IT role.
What You Own
- The architecture calls. You make them, they stick.
- The dev team and CRM team you'll manage
- Delivery health. Briefs devs can act on. Budgets that hold. Milestones that don't quietly slide.
- The technical half of client conversations. Not account management — you're the one who explains the technical.
What You Bring
- Full-stack depth. Enough to review the work, not just schedule it.
- You've led distributed devs across time zones and made it work.
- HubSpot, Shopify or comparable integrations.
- Headless is a strong plus.
- API fluency isn't optional.
- Commercial nous — you spot scope creep in week two, not week eight.
