Start: ASAP
Pay Rate: $40 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, starting at 5:00am or 6:00am, with an 8-hour working day
Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking an experienced and reliable HC Driver with crane experience to join our client, Metroll, in Lismore.
This is a great opportunity for a safety-focused driver looking for consistent weekday work with a reputable company.
About the Role
- Operating HC vehicles to transport and deliver materials safely
- Using a crane to load and unload materials
- Conducting daily vehicle and equipment safety checks
- Ensuring deliveries are completed safely and efficiently
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
- Assisting with general duties as required
- Working Monday to Friday, commencing at either 5:00am or 6:00am
- Completing an 8-hour working day

Essential Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A current HC driver's licence
- Previous crane operating experience - essential
- Experience driving heavy combination vehicles
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Good communication skills and a reliable work ethic
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Current and contactable work references
- Willingness to complete a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screening
A construction White Card is desirable where applicable.
