Handyperson – 6-Month Contract - PERTH, WA
Location: Wembley, Perth
Pay Rate: $35–$38 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm
Contract: Fixed-term, 6 months
About the Role We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Handyperson for a 6-month fixed-term contract based at a site in Wembley, Perth. You will be responsible for general maintenance, repairs and site upkeep, helping ensure the facilities remain safe, functional and well maintained.
This is a great opportunity for someone with practical maintenance skills who enjoys varied work and is comfortable working independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general maintenance, repairs and handyman duties across the site.
- Complete minor carpentry, patching, painting and general building repairs.
- Assist with basic plumbing and general maintenance tasks within your level of competency.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, completing repairs where possible.
- Undertake general site upkeep to maintain a safe and presentable environment.
- Respond to maintenance requests and complete tasks efficiently.
- Follow site safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work area.
What's on Offer
- $35–$38 per hour, depending on experience.
- Fixed 6-month contract.
- Consistent weekday hours, Monday to Friday.
- Early starts and finishes: 6:00am–2:30pm.

Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience in a handyperson, maintenance or general trades role.
- Practical skills in general repairs and building maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Current driver's licence – essential.
- National Police Check required.
