Styland Hair & Beauty is a professional hair and beauty salon located in Macarthur Square, Campbelltown. We provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, colouring, styling, hair treatments, straightening and hair extensions.
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Hairdresser to join our friendly and professional team.
About the Role
As a Hairdresser at Styland Hair & Beauty, you will provide high-quality hairdressing services and personalised advice to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
·Consulting with clients about their hair needs, preferred styles and desired results.
·Cutting and shaping hair using scissors, clippers and other professional tools.
·Providing colouring services including highlights, foils, balayage and colour correction.
·Shampooing, conditioning and providing appropriate hair and scalp treatments.
·Performing hair straightening, smoothing and other chemical treatments.
·Styling and finishing hair using blow-drying, curling and straightening techniques.
·Applying and maintaining hair extensions where required.
·Recommending suitable hair treatments and professional hair care products.
·Maintaining a clean, hygienic and organised work area.
·Cleaning and sanitising hairdressing tools and equipment.
·Providing excellent customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.
What We Are Looking For
·Relevant qualification in Hairdressing.
·Minimum 2 years of relevant salon experience.
·Strong skills in cutting, colouring and styling.
·Experience with foiling, balayage and chemical hair treatments.
·Good knowledge of hair and scalp care.
·Strong communication and customer service skills.
·Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results.
·Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
·Positive and professional attitude.
