Your new role
We are looking for motivating, passionate and energetic instructors to lead our members to achieve their fitness goals. Moderate to High intensity programs suitable for all fitness levels achieving amazing results. Programs include Les Mills Programs, Aqua program and freestyle classes.
This recruitment pool will be used to fill current and future opportunities. We’ll review applications on an ongoing basis, and if your skills and experience align with a role, we may contact you to discuss the next steps, including further assessment or an interview.

What you’ll need to succeed
The successful applicant must hold:
- current Senior First Aid Certificate
- Certificate III in Fitness (or higher) or the equivalent Les Mills qualification
- Fitness Australia registration.
In addition to this we are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills and a positive and enthusiastic approach to their work.
The benefits of working for us
Hourly rate ranging from $73.10 - $81.87 (including 25% casual loading), plus superannuation
