About the Company
TOM People and I are working with a leading Australian infrastructure organisation to recruit a Group Finance Business Partner. This business manages critical infrastructure assets and is undergoing significant investment and growth, creating a highly visible opportunity within its corporate finance function.

The Opportunity
Reporting to the FP&A Manager, you will support financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and business performance analysis, while partnering with stakeholders across finance and operations to drive informed decision-making

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end FP&A deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain financial models across P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow.

  • Prepare executive and board-level reporting, providing clear commercial insights.

  • Analyse capital, cash flow, and key business performance drivers.

  • Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to support strategic decisions.

  • Drive reporting automation, process improvement, and best-practice FP&A processes.

About You

  • CA or CPA qualified with strong FP&A, commercial finance, or financial modelling experience.

  • Advanced Excel and financial systems capability.

  • Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to challenge assumptions and influence outcomes.

  • Excellent communication skills with experience supporting senior stakeholders
