Due to continued growth, multiple opportunities have become available within their Operations division. Your new role
Working within a high-performing Operations team, you will support a range of activities that help ensure customer accounts, transactions and investment-related services are processed accurately and efficiently.Your responsibilities may include:

• Reviewing and processing customer applications and documentation
• Performing account administration and maintenance activities
• Conducting verification and compliance-related checks
• Supporting transaction and operational processing activities
• Managing and updating information across multiple systems
• Communicating with internal stakeholders and customers via written correspondence
• Investigating and resolving processing exceptions
• Ensuring all work is completed accurately and within required service levels

These are back-office positions that offer exposure to operational risk, compliance, customer lifecycle management and financial markets operations. Full training, coaching and ongoing support will be provided, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to transition into financial services.
What you'll need to succeed
This opportunity is designed for individuals at the start of their financial services career. Whether you have recently completed your degree or have gained customer service or administration experience in retail, hospitality or another professional environment, this role offers a genuine pathway into the financial services industry.
You may be:

• A recent graduate in Finance, Commerce, Business, Economics or a related discipline
• Someone with customer service experience gained through retail, hospitality or another service-based environment
• An early-career professional with up to 12 months of corporate, administration or operations experience

In addition, you will demonstrate:

• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent organisational skills
• The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
• A proactive and positive attitude
• Strong written communication skills
• The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine interest and enthusiasm to build a career in financial services, particularly investments, trading and/or capital markets

Previous financial services experience is not required. Full training and support will be provided.
