Fetch Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Glazier / Polyurethane Sealant Applicator for large-scale commercial construction projects across Melbourne's Inner East, North and surrounding suburbs. This opportunity involves extensive polyurethane sealing of expansion joints, with an immediate start available and ongoing work potential for the right Candidate.
We're looking for someone with proven experience applying polyurethane sealants to expansion joints who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work efficiently on a large commercial site.

Hawthorn – Large commercial construction project involving extensive polyurethane sealant application to expansion joints, with a strong focus on quality and finishing.
Glenroy – Commercial construction projects with opportunities for experienced glaziers and sealant applicators who can deliver high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply polyurethane sealants to expansion joints across commercial construction sites
- Prepare joints and surfaces before applying sealant
- Ensure consistent application, correct filling and professional finishes
- Complete sealing works to the required quality and specification
- Maintain high standards of workmanship across large-scale projects
What you'll need:
- Proven experience applying polyurethane sealants to expansion joints
- Experience with commercial construction or similar large-scale projects
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and maintain consistent standards
- White Card and relevant construction site experience
- Reliable transport and availability for an immediate start preferred
Important: General glazing experience or silicone application alone will not be sufficient. Candidates must have hands-on experience with polyurethane sealants and ideally expansion joint sealing.
