The Opportunity
Nestled in the picturesque northern ranges, this boutique winery estate combines luxury accommodation, high-profile weddings, corporate events, and destination dining. Known for its distinct character and high standards of regional hospitality, the property offers guests a secluded, high-end escape just an hour outside of Melbourne.
Stepping into this 14-month interim position, you will take full operational command of the estate as Hotel Manager. Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will oversee a multi-disciplinary team of 40 across Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, and Maintenance.
There is a genuine opportunity for long-term employment with this group, with active expansion plans across VIC and SA currently in motion.
We are seeking accomplished hospitality leaders with 2+ years of senior management experience as a Hotel Manager, General Manager, or Operations Manager across rooms, F&B, and events.
