Reporting to the Group Chief Executive Officer, you'll provide strategic leadership, driving commercial performance, service excellence, and sustainable expansion. We're seeking an ambitious and influential leader with strong commercial acumen, a growth mindset, and the ability to develop high-performing leaders while building meaningful relationships with government and industry stakeholders. You’ll lead All About Living, working alongside a sharp, ambitious leadership team to provide industry leading service, and partnering closely with our M&A leader to identify opportunities, integrate new businesses and accelerate growth.

A commercially savvy, people-focused leader who knows how to grow a business, build great teams and get things done.

You bring energy, judgement, curiosity and the confidence to challenge the status quo. You’re equally comfortable talking strategy, leading change and rolling up your sleeves.

Experience in human services is valuable. Commercial leadership, growth mindset and the ability to lead through change are what will set you apart.

Most importantly, you're passionate about building organisations that thrive financially while delivering exceptional outcomes for older Australians and can translate to your team, how those are interrelated

What You'll Bring

· Significant executive leadership experience within aged care, health, community services, or other regulated sectors.

· Proven success leading organisational growth, transformation, and improving commercial performance.

· Strong commercial acumen, with a track record of driving sustainable revenue growth and operational excellence.

· Experience delivering outcomes that straddle group strategy and operations, building, leading, and developing high-performing leadership teams.

· A strategic mindset with the ability to execute, influence stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes.
