GENERAL CLERK

About the Role

MSM Petroleum Pty Ltd operates a busy fuel and convenience retail business in Bowenfels, NSW. Due to continued business growth and increasing administrative requirements, we are seeking an organised and reliable General Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful applicant will provide general administrative and clerical support to assist with the efficient day-to-day operations of the business.

Key Duties

1. Perform general administrative and clerical duties to support daily business operations.
2. Prepare, process and maintain business documents, records and correspondence.
3. Enter, update and maintain information in company databases and filing systems.
4. Process incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails and routine enquiries.
5. Maintain electronic and physical records and ensure documents are accurately filed.
6. Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets and other administrative documents.
7. Maintain supplier, customer and general business records.
8. Coordinate appointments, communications and routine office activities.
9. Check documents and records for accuracy and follow up outstanding information.
10. Provide general administrative support to management and other staff as required.

Skills and Experience

1. Relevant qualification and/or at least 3 year of relevant experience in an administrative or clerical role.
2. Experience with general office administration and record keeping.
3. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
4. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
5. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
6. Good written and verbal communication skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
