We’re seeking an experienced and customer-focused Gaming Attendant to join our friendly team. This role is ideal for someone with strong gaming knowledge who enjoys creating a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests.

Your Role
As a Gaming Attendant, you’ll primarily work within the gaming lounge, ensuring all gaming operations run smoothly and compliantly while delivering friendly, professional service to every guest.
Where you’ll make an impact
Operate and monitor gaming facilities including pokies, TAB, and Keno
Provide excellent customer service within the gaming lounge
Ensure compliance with Responsible Service of Gambling requirements
Process transactions accurately and handle cash securely
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming gaming environment
Assist with food and beverage service if required during quieter periods
Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
What we’re looking for
You are a confident and approachable hospitality professional with proven gaming experience and a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
To be successful, you will need:
Proven experience in gaming operations including pokies, TAB, and Keno (essential)
Current QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate (essential)
Current QLD Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) certificate (essential)
Strong communication and customer service skills
A positive attitude and attention to detail
Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings and weekends
Open driver’s licence preferred
