Furniture Sales Associate - Full-Time or Casual
Osborne Park, WA
Join a growing furniture retailer offering stylish sofas, armchairs, tables and home décor. We welcome applicants seeking either full-time or casual employment.
The Role
- Assist customers with furniture and décor selections
- Build customer relationships and convert enquiries into sales
- Follow up customer enquiries by phone
- Process sales orders using in-house systems
- Maintain a professional and welcoming showroom
- Support store promotions and sales targets
About You
- Experience in retail, sales, hospitality or customer service
- Confident, friendly and motivated by results
- Strong communication and customer engagement skills
- Available to work weekends and during peak retail periods
- Furniture, homewares or premium retail experience is desirable
Employment Options
Full-Time
- 38 hours per week across five days
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday
- Two rostered days off during the week
- Base salary plus superannuation and Team commission
Casual
- Minimum availability of two days per week, including weekends
- Minimum four-hour shifts, depending on store requirements
- Monday-Friday: $34.76 per hour
- Saturday: $41.72 per hour
- Sunday: $48.67 per hour
- A monthly store-target bonus may also apply, providing an additional daily bonus for each day worked when the store achieves its monthly sales target.
