We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Java Developer to design, develop and maintain high-quality software solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, deliver effective solutions and support continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business analysts and subject matter experts to gather, understand and document business requirements.
- Design, develop, test and document software applications in line with agreed specifications and coding standards.
- Contribute to technical solution design and identify opportunities to improve development processes.
- Estimate development effort and timelines, monitor progress and report on risks, issues and delivery outcomes.
- Identify and manage technical risks that may impact system releases.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement across the development lifecycle.
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
- Strong Java development skills with Spring and Hibernate.
- Full-stack development experience using React, HTML, jQuery and Bootstrap.
- Familiarity with .NET C#, Python and R.
- Experience with SQL, DB2 and Azure Databricks.
- Knowledge of ETL tools, including SSIS and Azure Data Factory.
- Familiarity with Unix scripting, SVN, Bamboo and Crucible.
- Experience working in Agile teams using JIRA.
- Knowledge of automated testing with Cypress or similar tools.
- Relevant IT/ICT qualification or equivalent practical experience
