Action Workforce is currently seeking experienced High Reach and Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join multiple high-performing warehouse teams in Altona.

These ongoing casual roles offer excellent long-term potential for reliable and motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Full availability required Monday to Friday:

AM: 6:00AM - 2:00PM
AM: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
PM: 2:00PM - 10:00PM

 About the Role:

• Operate High Reach forklifts (Crown joystick control)
• Comfortable with general warehouse duties such as pick packing, manual handling, and stock replenishment
• Move, put away, pick, and manage stock as required
• Maintain accuracy and safety in a high-volume warehouse
• Ongoing Monday to Friday work

To Be Successful, You Will Need:

• A valid LF Forklift Licence
• Proven experience with High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
• Willingness to perform general warehouse duties, including pick packing, where required
• Physical fitness and ability to handle manual tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a safety-first mindset
• Ability to provide 100 points of ID for onboarding
