Forklift Operator

Seeking an experienced Forklift Operator with high attention to detail, to work in a warehouse and production facility based in Ormeau. This role suits a highly organised, experienced forklift operator that understand logistics systems and time sensitive deliveries.
This is an ongoing position on Afternoon / Day Shift– commencing as full time casual 38hrs per week. The role will transition to permanent after a short Labour Hire trial period.

Valid High Risk Forklift licence - Essential

2+ years’ experience in forklift operations – bulky and large items

Ability to load/unload and move product in tight spaces

Experienced Picking/ packing and despatching orders with accuracy

Previous proven logistics and warehouse background

Extremely high attention to detail: Able to cross check orders accurately

Ability to perform manual handling tasks, including lifting, bending, squatting and kneeling;

Ready to start immediately and committed to obtain a full-time role
Please note our positions are not just "Forklift Operating"- there will be a requirement that you will also assist in other facets of the business i.e.: manual handling, picking pack and general warehouse duties
