- Operate forklifts to safely load, unload and move materials
- Support warehouse and production activities as required
- Ensure products and materials are handled and stored safely
Forklift Operator | Orange, NSW
Hours: Monday to Friday, generally between 7:00am and 3:30pm
Employment: Casual position with ongoing hours available
About the Role
As a Forklift Operator, you will play an important role in supporting day-to-day warehouse and production operations. Your duties will include:
- Operating forklifts to safely load, unload and move materials
- Supporting warehouse and production activities as required
- Ensuring products and materials are handled and stored safely
- Completing general manual handling duties
- Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment
- Following all CSR safety, quality and operational procedures
- Working collaboratively with the wider operations team
What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current LF Forklift Licence - essential
- 3-5 years of demonstrated forklift operating experience
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing or production experience
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to complete manual handling and physically demanding tasks
- Flexibility to work overtime when required
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening
