Forklift Operator – Townsville Achieve Group Australia is currently seeking an experienced Forklift Operator for an ongoing opportunity based in Townsville. This role will suit a reliable operator who is confident working in a fast-paced environment, with strong attention to safety and stock accuracy.

- $33.50 per hour + penalties + super

- Consistent hours
Hours of work
- Monday – Wednesday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Thursday: 4:00am – 2:30pm
- Friday: 6:00am – 12:00pm
Duties will include
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Putting stock away / general yard & warehouse movements
- Counting stock and maintaining accurate stock levels
- Ensuring product availability for sales and dispatch
- General forklift and warehousing tasks as required
To be successful you will have
- Current LF Forklift Licence and solid forklift operating experience
- Strong commitment to safety and safe load handling
- Good numeracy and attention to detail for stock counts
- Ability to work early starts and follow site procedures
- Steel industry knowledge (advantageous)
