To be successful you must have the following:
- Proven experience as a Leading Hand, Foreman, Site Supervisor or similar
- Strong knowledge of construction methodology and site management
- Ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of WHS, QA and environmental requirements
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- A strong focus on quality, safety and project outcomes
- Trade background highly preferred
- Defence experience advantageous
