The Role – Foreman/ Supervisor / Senior Supervisor
You will have:
- Experience working in small project teams
- Hands-on experience across marine piling, craneage & construction experience
- Leadership skills and ability to mentor a young crew
- Key role as the business grows — real influence early
- Clear career pathway as they scale into the future
Package
Salary will be subject to your experience; you may be an aspiring Leading Hand or ambitious Foreman looking to step up, or an experienced Supervisor looking to get out of the FIFO life - salary range from $130k – $180k + super + vehicle
