Food and Beverage Attendant
- Serve food and drinks to guests in a friendly manner.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Attendant to join the team at Grand Hotel in Frankston on a Casual basis.

The Grand Hotel is located in Frankston, the gateway to the Mornington Peninsula.

About Us
Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) is the hospitality arm of the Melbourne Racing Club, managing a growing network of 17 pubs, clubs and hospitality venues across Victoria. Our venues include bistros, sports bars, function spaces and gaming areas, each focused on delivering great hospitality experiences within their local communities.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Welcoming and seating guests with a friendly, positive attitude
- Taking orders and delivering food and beverages efficiently
- Clearing and resetting tables to keep the venue looking its best
- Maintaining clean and organised service areas
- Handling transactions accurately using POS systems
- Working closely with the kitchen and FOH team to keep service running smoothly
- Creating a great experience for every guest
What We’re Looking For
- Great energy and a positive, can-do attitude
- A love for interacting with people and creating memorable guest experiences
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, team-first approach
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Previous hospitality experience is a bonus, but not essential
- Gaming or TAB qualification/experience advantageous
Essential Requirements
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification, or willingness to obtain
- Responsible Service of Gaming (RSG) certification, or willingness to obtain
- Do Food Safely certification, or willingness to obtain
