The Role:
- Deliver a cheerful, friendly, and welcoming experience
- Enthusiastically serve food and beverages with a smile, ensuring prompt and attentive service
- Keep public areas sparkling clean and inviting
- Skilfully prepare and serve alcoholic drinks responsibly, prioritising safety and quality
- Set up and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a tidy and inviting dining
The Person:
- RSA Required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with guests
- Professional appearance and demeanour, always presenting a positive image
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks smoothly during events
- Friendly, approachable attitude, ensuring guests feel welcomed and valued
- Ability to remain calm and adaptable in dynamic or high-pressure situations
