Available Shift:

• Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:00am - 1:00pm
• Night Shift: Monday to Friday 9pm-5am

The Role

Due to ongoing growth, we're seeking Flashings Operators to join a busy Brisbane-based manufacturing facility.

Working within a close-knit team of 4-6 operators, you'll be responsible for manufacturing and packing custom flashings used across the roofing and construction industry. This is a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manufacturing custom flashings to customer specifications
• Packing finished products ready for dispatch
• Operating SWI machinery including slitters and duplex folders
• Reading and interpreting production orders
• Monitoring product quality and conducting routine checks
• Ensuring production targets are achieved safely and efficiently
• Working collaboratively within a team of 4-6 operators
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work environment
• Assisting with general production and warehouse duties as required

What We're Looking For:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operating experience
• Experience operating slitting, folding, or sheet metal machinery highly regarded
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to follow production schedules and work instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on manufacturing duties
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Current Forklift Licence highly regarded but not essential
