Fitter & Turner / Machinist

Due to the increased expansion of the Mackay area, we need a Fitter & Turner / Machinist who has CNC machine, horizontal boring and lathe experience within the engineering industry, to be part of the growth of this company.
About the Role
This is a full-time, shift work role with overtime available at an immaculate workshop, with a great working culture. The opportunity for advancement and success within the workshop and beyond is possible for a dedicated machinist.
Your typical duties will include:
- CNC Turning
- Horizontal Boring
- Welding
About You
You have two or more years of experience in a similar role and a willingness to learn company processes. You're looking for full-time, long-term employment and come with a great attitude and strong work ethic.
Essential Requirements
- Relevant trade qualification
- CNC machine, horizontal boring and lathe experience
- Driver's license
What's On Offer
- $36 to $43 per hour, depending on experience
- Current 457/482 sponsorship is available
