Over the past few years, the company has experienced growth and is now seeking a seasoned Financial Manager to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in maintaining the financial health of the organisation and supporting its strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance leadership, with a proven track record of stakeholder management and strategic planning.
About the role:
- Review financial statements and management reports, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
- Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and review and analyse monthly operating results against budget.
- Implementing and maintaining robust internal control systems to safeguard the company’s assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Manage the operations of the accounting department, including the design of organisational structure.
- Providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making processes.
- Leading and mentoring the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
About you:
- CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent) with between 5 -10+ years’ experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
- Relevant and industry-based experience across Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or similiar will be desirable.
- Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and develop finance staff.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP and advanced Excel skills will be advantageous.
