Your new company
An exciting senior finance leadership role responsible for the financial control, governance, reporting, and compliance framework across a complex multi-entity organisation. Working closely with the CFO and Executive Leadership Team, you will provide commercial insight, strengthen financial governance, drive system and process improvement, and lead a high-performing finance function.
Your new role
- Lead group financial reporting, month-end and year-end processes.
- Oversee consolidated accounts, cash flow reporting, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, regulatory and funding obligations.
- Strengthen financial controls, governance frameworks and risk management practices.
- Partner with executives to provide strategic financial advice and support organisational growth.
- Lead finance transformation initiatives, process automation and systems optimisation.
- Manage mergers, acquisitions and finance integration activities.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing finance team.
What you'll need to succeed
- CA or CPA qualified with a degree in Accounting, Finance or Business.
- Extensive senior finance leadership experience within a complex, multi-entity environment.
- Strong expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, governance, controls and compliance.
- Proven track record leading transformation, growth, acquisitions or organisational change.
- Commercially astute with highly developed stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Experience presenting to boards, executives and governance committees.
